International Women’s Day: The Women of Fuse
International Women’s Day is about more than job titles.
At Fuse, the women on our team are coaches, creators, marathoners, writers, mentors, and builders — often all at once.
Today, we’re showcasing just a few of the incredible women of Fuse and the many roles they carry.
Becky, Strategy Director
“Balancing art and science — without losing the human story — is what drives me.”
Outside of work, Becky is writing a children’s book inspired by her cat, Sadie — a story about finding courage.
As a woman in nonprofit work and a mother, she thinks often about modeling resilience, nuance, and hope. In a world that reduces complex issues into binaries, she believes thoughtful, human-centered work matters more than ever.
Dana, VP of Operations
“I stay grounded through structure, movement, and purpose — and by showing up fully, even on the busiest days.”
When she’s not leading operations at Fuse, Dana is coaching from the sidelines and training floor.
As a head varsity girls’ lacrosse coach and athletic trainer, she focuses on developing confident, disciplined athletes. Through coaching and community-building, she’s proud to help young women cultivate resilience and leadership that lasts far beyond the field.
Lauren, Copywriter
“Balancing so many roles can be challenging. Whether it’s a walk, a book, or a knitting project, I make time for something that’s just for me — it’s my mental reset button.”
Outside of Fuse, Lauren channels her creativity into making book-themed candles and selling them at local pop-ups. At home, she’s knitting “Weasley” sweaters for her kids and rewatching Harry Potter through their eyes.
In the swirl of daily responsibilities, these moments of creativity help her reconnect to what she loves.
Nancy, SVP, Digital Strategies
“Endurance is built on one small, consistent step at a time.”
In her free time, Nancy is either baking sourdough or training for her next race. She’s completed the World Marathon Majors — a milestone that reflects years of patience, precision, and commitment.
Whether in the kitchen or on the course, she’s fueled by discipline (and plenty of carbs)
