Strategy Coordinator
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
The Strategy Coordinator will support the development and execution of strategic fundraising programs for our nonprofit clients. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills who is eager to learn and grow in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment. The Strategy Coordinator will work closely with our strategy and account teams, helping to coordinate projects, conduct research and analysis, and ensure plans are executed effectively.
This is a hybrid position based in Reston, VA, with in-office work expected 1–2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies across multiple nonprofit clients
Support the Strategy Team in tracking campaign performance and compiling reports and presentations
Conduct market research, donor analysis, and competitive reviews to inform strategic recommendations
Help manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain organized documentation of strategic plans, results, and insights
Stay up to date with trends in fundraising, nonprofit marketing, and donor engagement
Assist in developing visual and written client deliverables using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, business, or related field)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Interest in nonprofit fundraising and social impact work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus
